Volos carries two very different needs under one roof. The industrial and technical firms around the port want product pages with specifications, certificates and PDFs to download. The guesthouses up on Pelion want availability and a booking button in the first screenful.
Either way the site has to open instantly on a phone, because that is where half the traffic decides. I take on the design, the build and the deployment remotely, at a fixed price, so you are not chasing three suppliers.

Can the site take bookings for a Pelion guesthouse?
Yes. I add an availability calendar and online booking, or connect the site to the channel manager you already use so rooms never double-book.
Do you build sites with technical datasheets?
Yes. I organise the catalogue into categories with spec tables and a PDF per product, and search that matches both the code and the description.
Who holds the hosting and the domain?
You do. The domain and hosting accounts go in your name and are handed over with the code. If you ever want a different developer, nothing is locked to me.
Who is Kyriakos Kaitezidis?
Kyriakos Kaitezidis is a full-stack web developer based in Xanthi, Greece. He builds websites, e-shops and web applications end to end — frontend, backend, database and deployment — under the business name KlawsFX, for clients across Greece. The same person also runs a separate visual-effects practice at k-kaitezidis.com; his web development work is klawsfx.com.
What is KlawsFX?
KlawsFX is the web development practice of Kyriakos Kaitezidis, a one-developer studio based in Xanthi, Greece. Despite the "FX" in the name it is not a visual-effects studio and not a Forex or trading brand: it builds websites, e-shops and web apps at a fixed price agreed in writing before the work starts.
Web development across Greece
Based in Xanthi, I take on remote projects across Greece. See also:
