Website and e-shop development across Greece

Web development is the work of designing, building and shipping a site that performs in real conditions. Kyriakos Kaitezidis handles that whole process remotely, from Xanthi, for businesses anywhere in Greece.

A site is not judged on how good it looks in a presentation. It is judged on whether it opens in two seconds on an average phone, whether Google understands what you sell, and whether the visitor finds what they came for. That work starts at the first line of code, not as an optimisation pass at the end.

Building an e-shop asks for different things. What counts there is a checkout that does not lose the customer at step three, shipping that calculates correctly by weight and destination, and an admin panel you can run without a manual. I build either a custom store or headless Shopify, depending on how many products you have and how often they change.

The price is fixed and agreed in writing before the work starts. A presentation site starts at 590 euro and usually ships in three to five days, an e-shop takes one to two weeks, a custom app up to three. There is no hourly billing and no invoice that grows because something changed halfway.

Everything runs online. From day one you have a staging link that updates as the build moves, so you never wait for a presentation to see where the project is. Decisions happen on short video calls and review is asynchronous, whenever it suits you.

At the end you get the code, the domain and hosting accounts in your own name, and a site any developer can pick up. If you would rather I maintained it, I will, but the site does not depend on that.

FAQ

How much does a website cost?

A presentation site starts at 590 euro. The final number depends on the page count, the languages and the features, and you get it in writing before anything begins.

How much does an e-shop cost and what is included?

An e-shop costs more than a presentation site because it includes the product catalogue, cart, secure payments, shipping calculation and an order management panel. The quote spells out exactly what goes in and when it ships.

How long does a build take?

Three to five days for a presentation site, one to two weeks for an e-shop, one to three for a custom app. The clock starts when I have your copy and photos in hand.

Do you work with businesses outside Xanthi?

Yes, across Greece and remotely. I am based in Xanthi. For every other city we work online, with video calls, a shared folder for material and a staging link that shows the progress.

Will my site show up on Google?

Every site ships with technical SEO, structured data, a sitemap and pages that load fast. Those are the conditions for Google to show you at all. Where you land after that depends on the competition in your sector and the content you keep adding.

Who is Kyriakos Kaitezidis?

Kyriakos Kaitezidis is a full-stack web developer based in Xanthi, Greece. He builds websites, e-shops and web applications end to end — frontend, backend, database and deployment — under the business name KlawsFX, for clients across Greece. The same person also runs a separate visual-effects practice at k-kaitezidis.com; his web development work is klawsfx.com.

What is KlawsFX?

KlawsFX is the web development practice of Kyriakos Kaitezidis, a one-developer studio based in Xanthi, Greece. Despite the "FX" in the name it is not a visual-effects studio and not a Forex or trading brand: it builds websites, e-shops and web apps at a fixed price agreed in writing before the work starts.
