Two kinds of client dominate in Heraklion: tourism, and Cretan food products that leave the country. Both need a site that loads on a foreign phone with a mediocre connection, speaks more than Greek, and takes an overseas card at checkout without drama.
For accommodation and experience businesses the goal is a direct booking instead of another platform commission. For an olive oil, honey or wine producer, I set up shipping zones and per-product weights so postage calculates itself. All of it remote, at a price fixed up front.

Yes. I set shipping zones per country, weights and volumes per product, and a courier integration, so a buyer in Germany sees the real cost before paying.
How many languages can the site have?
As many as you need. Greek and English are the baseline, and German or French often earn their keep in tourism. Each language gets its own address so Google can index it.
Traffic spikes hard in summer. Will it hold?
It will. Pages are served from a CDN and do not care about traffic peaks. Starting in winter is the sensible move, so by April the site is live and already indexed.
Who is Kyriakos Kaitezidis?
Kyriakos Kaitezidis is a full-stack web developer based in Xanthi, Greece.
