A short list,
kept deliberately short.

Méridian was started by two people who got tired of watching good architecture sold like spreadsheets. We take on a home only when we'd happily live in it ourselves — which is why the list is never long.

Most of what we sell never reaches a portal. A quiet email, a private afternoon at the house, the right buyer who already understands what they're looking at. That is the whole method.

We walk the house

Before a single photograph, we spend a morning in the home with you. What it's like at 8am, where the light lands, what a buyer will actually fall for. That's what we sell.

A proper dossier

Architectural photography, floor drawings, the story of who built it and why. A printed folder a serious buyer keeps, not a listing they scroll past in four seconds.

The quiet introduction

We go to our own list first — buyers we already know are looking for exactly this. Most of our sales close before anything is ever made public.

We see it through

Notaries, surveyors, the cross-border paperwork foreign buyers dread. We stay in the room until the keys actually change hands — and usually long after.
